THE JOURNEY: I come from a humble background, where public service was a cornerstone of my family’s values. Most of my relatives served as civil servants, and it was my father, a retired Deputy Collector with the Government of Tamil Nadu, who became my guiding light. His steadfast principles and the wisdom he imparted shaped my character, helping me navigate both life’s challenges and triumphs. From my mother, I inherited the deep value of humility—a quality I believe everyone should embrace, regardless of their position in life. In my professional journey, I have been incredibly fortunate to have the unwavering support of my wife, whose belief in me has made this path much smoother and more fulfilling. Along the way, I have also been profoundly influenced by two remarkable individuals: Mr. M.V.M. Vel Mohan, Correspondent of Velammal Educational Trust, and Mr. M.V.M. Sasi Kumar, Director of Velammal Educational Trust. Their mentorship has been invaluable to me. They have consistently been pillars of support, offering me guidance and encouragement during times of challenge. I consider them my Gurus, as their wisdom and motivation have been instrumental in overcoming obstacles and pushing me toward greater heights. Their influence has not only shaped my career but has also given me the strength and resolve to pursue a path of continuous growth and success.
